Splendor Realty has been helping buyers and sellers in South Florida meet their real estate goals since 2000.
The Company was founded by Sharon McLennon and has worked extensively with first time homebuyers when it first opened. In 2009, the Company joined the Federal Home Loan Bank (Freddie Mac) vendor pool and began working with investors.
In May 2021, Splendor Realty joined the Coldwell Banker network and began operations as Coldwell Banker Splendor Realty becoming the first 100% African American, woman owned Coldwell Banker franchisee in the state of Florida.
